Comment –
An excellent documentary that however seems to make the unrealistic assertion that the ‘founding populations’ of white people derived from black caucasian morphology in Africa arrived directly into Europe from Africa. However, it is clear that the vast majority of white people derived from black caucasian morphology migrated to Western Europe from Eurasia where they lived together with their black relatives displaying the varied morphology of black Africans (in this instance caucasian morphology originating from black people).
Note –
It must be noted that the word ‘caucasian’ ( or ‘European’ for that matter) does not and has never meant people that are considered to have so called white pigmentation. Caucasian simply means the form of the skull, and of which skull shapes and notable characteristics (as well as all other skull shapes and notable characteristics) are derived from black Africans as their origins –

We read –
There seem to have been several Palaeolithic and/or Mesolithic migrations from Northwest Africa to Iberia. The oldest might have brought West African haplogroup A1a to Western and Northern Europe during the Palaeolithic. A1a has been found in modern populations as far north as Ireland, Scotland, Scandinavia and Finland. The presence of African maternal lineages (L2, L3 and possibly L1b1) has been attested in Neolithic Iberia. Northwest Africans would also have brought U6 and possibly HV0/V lineages to Europe.
A small percentage of sub-Saharan African admixture has been identified in Late Mesolithic Swedes from the Pitted Ware culture (2800-2000 BCE), which would imply that A1a was already present in northern Europe at the time. Another Mesolithic sample from Loschbour in Luxembourg had dark hair and considerably darker skin than modern Europeans.
